We have been experiencing an unprecedented high level of orders for July and August. .
Our suppliers are also suffering the same issues and deliveries that would normally be 24 hours are now between 3 and 5 days.
There are also a number of shortages at all of our suppliers.
We have increased our embroidery capacity as much as possible whilst following social distancing guidelines but sadly this has not been enough to meet our usual delivery times.
We continue to work 7 days a week and will continue to do so until the present backlog is cleared.
